How long can I keep the bouncer?

Can you set up on concrete?
Yes. Most people that ask this question are referring to their driveway.  Most of our bouncers are about as wide as a two-car driveway, so this is usually not a problem. (Back to top)

What about liability insurance?
Our bouncers are covered by an umbrella policy that protects you against a defective bouncer. However, this in no way implies that we are legally responsible for the actions of those who participate in or oversee those participating in the bouncer. It is very important that you read and understand your rental agreement before signing. (Back to top)

What is the age range for bouncing?
Our bouncers are primarily intended for children from the ages of 2-17 years. However, most adults can't resist the temptation to get inside and try it out! We totally understand, as we do the same thing ourselves.  Adults need to keep in mind that due to their greater weight and size, gravity is much less forgiving on them than it is on a child. Remember, the bigger they are the harder they fall! (Back to top)

Can I save money by picking up the bouncer myself?
No. In order to ensure your safety, it is imperative that the we set up the bouncer according to the manufacturer's instructions. Plus, the bouncers weigh in at about 300 pounds, which makes it difficult to handle if you don't have all the necessary equipment and are not properly trained. (Back to top)

Uh oh, it looks like rain!
Unfortunately, rain is something that none of us can predict too well. Generally, a little rain won't hurt the bouncers in any way. If it's raining at the time your bouncer is to be delivered, we'll contact you and let you decide what you want to do. If it's raining heavily, we won't be able to set up the bouncer. (Back to top)

When do you deliver and pick up the bouncer?
We usually deliver and set up the bouncer about 30 minutes before your event is to start. If your needs differ, please be sure and make different arrangements with us beforehand so we can adjust our schedule as need be. (Back to top)
